Stalking High School Girl without Pit Bull

This girl was skipping school. It took the police about 5 minutes to arrive from the time she said she was calling. The entire encounter was surreal. I never spoke to her. I never left the yard. She called the police, yet she was 3 doors down from her home and could have easily gone home or walked to school.

There is no conflict here. Quite a bit of drama. Yet all of it was contained to the far side of the street.
